Privacy Notice

What this website collects—and why.

Evidely is pre-launch. This notice covers the public website, design-partner applications, product-update requests, and first-party website measurement.

Effective19 July 2026

Questions or deletion requests: hello@evidely.com

Information you choose to send

A design-partner application includes your name, work email, company, role, engineering-team range, and the workflow context you provide. A product-update request includes your email address. An invitation-only positioning-study response includes your role, your answers about the message you saw, and the assigned message variant; the study does not ask for your name or email address.

We use this information to review and respond to applications, understand product needs, compare product language, and send the occasional update you requested. We do not sell this information.

Delivery and abuse prevention

Form responses are validated on the server and delivered to an Evidely inbox through service providers that host the website and deliver email. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

To limit automated abuse, the site keeps a one-way, secret-keyed representation of the submitting IP address with a counter for up to 24 hours. Form contents and email addresses are not stored in that rate-limit database.

Website measurement

The site uses first-party, privacy-conscious events to understand whether the public acquisition flow works. These events cover CTA clicks, product-demo interactions, form starts, validation errors, delivery errors, confirmed submissions, controlled hero exposures, and structured positioning-study outcomes.

Measurement events do not intentionally include names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers, free-text form answers, cookies, advertising IDs, or fingerprinting IDs. They may include the page path without query parameters, a broad viewport bucket, theme choice, event type, form type, fixed interface labels, assigned positioning variant, and fixed-choice study answers. Free-text study answers are not sent to the website analytics endpoint.

Raw event logs are reviewed by the Evidely founding team for funnel debugging and product-learning decisions, then kept only as long as reasonably useful for that purpose. Aggregated learnings may be kept longer. If we add an external analytics provider or materially change what is collected, this notice will be updated before that change.

Retention and your choices

We keep an application only while it is reasonably needed to review the inquiry, communicate with you, and document the resulting relationship, unless a longer period is required by law. Positioning-study responses are kept only while reasonably useful for the positioning decision and its supporting research record. Product-update details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can make a deletion request by emailing hello@evidely.com.

Browser storage

The site uses browser storage to remember your light or dark theme choice and, during a controlled positioning study, the message variant you were assigned. These settings do not identify you across unrelated websites.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the product and website change. The effective date above will show the latest revision. For website-use terms, read the Website Terms.
